While we do not offer cash refunds, we are happy to provide you with store credit for eligible returns. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our Return Policy outlined below.

Store Credit for Returns: If you find yourself dissatisfied with your jewelry purchase, we are pleased to offer store credit as an alternative to cash refunds. This store credit can be used towards any future purchases at store.

Return Eligibility: To be eligible for store credit, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  1. The return must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  2. The jewelry piece must be in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition.
  3. A valid receipt, indicating the purchase date and jewelry item, must be presented.
  4. All accompanying packaging, certificates, and accessories must be returned.

Refunds with Staff Authorization: In certain cases, we understand that a refund may be necessary. Refunds require staff authorization, and these instances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Return Process: To initiate a return and receive store credit, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit our Legacy Jewelry store with the original receipt and the jewelry piece you wish to return.
  2. Our friendly staff will assess the returned item's condition and verify the eligibility criteria.
  3. Upon approval, store credit will be issued for the full purchase amount of the returned item.

Store Credit Usage: Your store credit can be redeemed within our store for any merchandise of your choice. It is valid for one year from the date of issuance.

Exclusions: Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or store credit:

  • Custom-made jewelry or personalized items.
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
  • Jewelry that has been altered, resized, or damaged by improper use.
