Custom Policy

At Legacy Jewelry we take care of making each piece unique and to the customer's taste. As a company we have our policies and ways of working. Each piece usually takes 15-30 days (in some cases can delay up to 3 months) (this date may be subject to change). It all depends on the piece. A 50% deposit is required for the beginning of the work to be carried out with your desired garment. If it takes longer than normal, the client will be informed. Each piece is made 100% by hand and requires a lot of time, dedication and patience. Do not despair, good things take time, and we will take care of doing the best in your piece.

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

PAYMENT POLICY

A 50% deposit is required for the beginning of the creation to be carried out with your desired garment. 

Once we LEGACY JEWELRY inform the customer that the piece is ready, they will have 30 days to pay their balance. After 40 days, you will be charged $5 per day and added to your final balance.

For Quotes you can contact 939-416-6242. If you want a slightly more delicate quote, a minimum deposit of $150 is required to make the computer design (CAD) that will give us all the measurements, weight and quantity of stones in your design.



WARRANTY

At Legacy Jewelry you get a lifetime warranty on your piece for cleanings, gold plating and repairs. We take care of stone repairs, gold baths, cleaning etc... If the client does not comply with the instructions given and the piece breaks, WE DO NOT TAKE CHARGE OF THIS TYPE OF REPAIR. In solid gold pieces, whether 10K, 14K, 18K, we take care of stone repairs and cleaning. RECEIPT IS REQUIRED FOR WARRANTY. EL RECIBO ES REQUISITO PARA LA GARANTIA.
