Tu joya puede ser parte de tu próxima historia. Toda joya comprada en Legacy Jewelry a partir del 3 de marzo de 2023 puede presentarse para recibir crédito de tienda hacia una nueva compra de joyería Legacy.

Nuestra garantía para oro 14K

Si tu pieza fue comprada en Legacy Jewelry durante ese período y verificamos que es de oro 14K, te garantizamos un crédito equivalente al 90% del valor de mercado del oro 14K contenido en la pieza, utilizando la cotización spot del oro vigente al momento de cerrar el intercambio.

Para determinar ese valor, verificamos el peso neto del metal 14K de la pieza, sin incluir el peso de diamantes, piedras u otros componentes que no sean oro. El valor de mercado del oro se calcula a partir de su contenido de oro puro (14 de 24 partes): crédito = 90% × peso neto de oro 14K × (14 ÷ 24) × precio spot del oro puro por la misma unidad de peso. Antes de que aceptes, te mostraremos el peso utilizado, la cotización y el cálculo.

El 90% garantizado corresponde al valor del oro; no es el 90% del precio original de compra ni del precio de venta de una joya terminada. Diamantes, piedras, diseño, mano de obra e impuestos no forman parte de esta base. Si aplica un valor adicional por otros componentes, te lo cotizaremos por separado. Las joyas de otros materiales compradas durante este período también pueden presentarse para evaluación; su crédito se cotiza individualmente.

Cómo solicitar tu crédito

  1. Escríbenos por WhatsApp al 939-416-6242 o a legacyjewelrypr@gmail.com. Comparte tu número de orden o comprobante de compra y fotos de la pieza.
  2. Verificaremos la compra y evaluaremos físicamente la pieza para confirmar material, autenticidad y peso. Si necesitas enviarla, espera nuestras instrucciones antes de hacerlo.
  3. Te presentaremos el cálculo final con la cotización spot vigente al cerrar la transacción. Solo si aceptas la oferta y entregas la pieza, emitiremos el crédito para aplicarlo a joyería Legacy.

La evaluación no te obliga a entregar tu joya. Este programa de crédito es independiente de las políticas de devoluciones y garantía de la compra original. El crédito se utiliza en Legacy Jewelry y no constituye un pago en efectivo.

Legacy Jewelry Credit

Your jewelry can be part of your next story. Any piece purchased from Legacy Jewelry on or after March 3, 2023 may be presented for store credit toward a new Legacy jewelry purchase.

Our 14K gold guarantee

If your piece was purchased from Legacy Jewelry during this period and is verified as 14K gold, we guarantee store credit equal to 90% of the current market value of the 14K gold contained in the piece, based on the gold spot price when the trade-in is completed.

We verify the net weight of the 14K metal, excluding diamonds, gemstones, and other non-gold components. Gold market value is based on its pure gold content (14 out of 24 parts): credit = 90% × net weight of 14K gold × (14 ÷ 24) × the spot price of pure gold per matching unit of weight. We will show you the weight, spot price, and calculation before you accept.

The guaranteed 90% applies to the gold value, not the original purchase price or the retail value of the finished jewelry. Diamonds, gemstones, design, labor, and taxes are outside this calculation. Any additional value for other components will be quoted separately. Jewelry made from other materials and purchased during this period may also be submitted for assessment; its credit amount will be quoted individually.

How to request credit

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp at 939-416-6242 or at legacyjewelrypr@gmail.com. Send your order number or proof of purchase and photos of the piece.
  2. We will verify the purchase and physically inspect the piece to confirm its material, authenticity, and weight. If you need to ship it, wait for our instructions before sending it.
  3. We will present the final calculation using the spot price in effect when the transaction is completed. We issue the credit for Legacy jewelry only after you accept the offer and hand over the piece.

An assessment does not obligate you to surrender your jewelry. This credit program is separate from the return and warranty policies for your original purchase. Credit is redeemable at Legacy Jewelry and is not a cash payment.
